Kelly Hart

Kelly Hart is a local painter. Her skills range widely, but she focuses mostly on painting murals in houses and business around Licking County. She has painted murals in churches, elementary schools, homes, and many other locations. Hart attended Otterbein College and has two children, Corinne and Michael. [1]
