Scott Hagan (November 1, 1976 — present) is the man who painted barns red, white, and blue with the Ohio Bicentennial logo in each of Ohio’s 88 counties. Hagan was 20 when he began the project, spanning from 1998-2002. He now owns his own company, Hagan Barn Art, at [1] [1] [2]
