Mary Waite makes her living as an artist, painting murals for her customers. She also owns her own business, If Walls Could Talk, and practices design-matching to correspond the painting to a feature in the room, such as the wallpaper or tablecloth. One of Waite’s murals was featured in the 2001 Parade of Homes. Before choosing art as a full time job, Waite was a sales representative. [1]
