Dr. Gilbert Mannino (March 22, 1911 - March 25, 1996) is an artist who painted elaborate scenes of Italy on a cart that was used in Italian festivals and Sons of Italy parades. Each face of the cart was painted differently—the scenes include Venetian homes and Italian roads. [1]
