Infirmary Mound is located about three miles south of Granville, OH. The Mound now resides in Infirmary Mound Park, a 316-acre park that is part of the Licking County Park District. [1] Recent human activity has severely damaged Infirmary Mound with decades of farming having left the Mound low and severely eroded. [2]

The Mound is difficult to discern from the surrounding terrain, appearing as a small rise near Ramp Creek and stands only 2-3 feet on average and is about 70 feet in diameter. [3]
