The Licking County chapter of Red Cross has existed since 1917.[1] The Red Cross not only helps victims of tragic events, but they also offer educational opportunities, free immunization, first aid and CPR classes, and hypertension screening programs.[2] Red Cross moved from South Fifth Street to South 30th Street in 2013. The Evans Foundation bought the building and rented it out to Red Cross for free of charge.[3]
