Robert “Bob” F. Crilly (January 1, 1913—February 26, 1988) was a Newark artist, dedicated to oil painting, although he also worked in many other forms. Crilly taught himself seven languages and was fluent in three of them. Another of his passions was Greek mythology, a subject that often influenced his art. [1]
