Denison University

University in Granville founded in 1831 under the moniker "Granville Literary and Theological Institute". It was re-named Denison University in the mid 1850's after a benefactor. It is a liberal arts and science college with a 9 to 1 student to faculty ratio and boasts Steve Carrell and Jenifer Garner as alumni.
